the apartment rooms were really spacious! i booked a two-bedroom apartment balcony, and it had big cupboards. the sitting room also had a smart tv, it was really cool. i will return because it offers great value!

i really enjoyed my time here, the staff were so friendly and helpful. the apartment itself was spacious with functional amenities. i was happy to see how clean everything was maintained regularly . overall, it was a relaxing experience.
I found the gym equipment to be a bit outdated. Some machines weren't working properly. i hope this gets addressed soon.

The building includes essential facilities like supermarkets and restaurants downstairs this proved convenient. The apartment had spacious rooms complete with a wide lounge area. The metro station is very close facilitating easy transport around the city. I found the location ideal for getting around quickly and efficiently.
The gym equipment showed some wear and tear I think it needs updating for safety.

the hotel was near mashreq metro station. the location had good restaurants. i liked that rooms were spacious. i did use all necessary facilities which were available. breakfast include fruits and cereals. i enjoyed it.
soundproofing in the hotel wasn't great. i could hear noise from outside. noise also came from the corridor, even late at night.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were cute. There are some good restaurants within a short walk, very convenient. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. I was impressed with the level of upkeep.
The gym equipment needs some attention. Some pieces looked worn and might be unsafe.

aamir at reception ensured a perfect check-in it was good the room design included a high ceiling this feature created a very comfy atmosphere the staff were friendly and helpful the lifeguard suliman was accommodating and kind. the apartment size worked well for my family
i had a very bad experience when water in bathrooms was cold it was not a pleasant experience for me and i hope that this will be improved.
